Our Experience
Renegade HR is led by Rod Francisco who has been recognised as one of Australia’s best HR leaders. Rod has been developing and building his HR and leadership capabilities over 35 years in a variety of roles and industries. He brings with him a wealth of experiences at all levels of an organisation in a variety of contexts both in Australia and internationally.
A former Army officer with 20+ years of service in maintenance and logistics, Rod has transitioned his leadership capabilities into the private and public sectors across industries as diverse as mining and exploration, manufacturing and logistics, agriculture, health, local government, as well as a sessional HR academic in the local university.
Rod holds qualifications in international politics and history [BA - UNSW], business management [Grad Dip Bus Mgnt - ECU], strategic HR [MBA - USQ], industrial and employee relations [Grad Cert ER/IR - Griffith]; and is an accredited workplace and business coach.
